Refund & Cancellation

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Here is how we handle refunds and booking changes.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, especially when dealing with healthcare. You can cancel your booking through our website or by contacting your care coordinator.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the service start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the service start time may incur a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service start time are generally not eligible for a refund for the first day's service.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is processed, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
  • In case of a service mismatch or dissatisfaction, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the shift for a resolution or replacement.

Replacements

Instead of a refund, we offer free replacements if you are not satisfied with the assigned caregiver. Our priority is ensuring the right fit for your family's needs.
